1. About the service
Lexrova is an online directory that helps people find and compare law firms. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on the site creates a lawyer-client relationship with us or with any listed firm.
2. Information in the directory
Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and, for claimed profiles, from the firms themselves. Ratings and rankings are shown as reported by third parties. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm details directly with a firm before relying on them. A listing does not mean a firm endorses or is affiliated with us unless its profile is marked Verified.
3. Choosing a lawyer
You are responsible for choosing and instructing any lawyer. We do not recommend, vet or supervise listed firms beyond verifying claims to a profile, and we are not responsible for the services they provide.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Claiming and managing a profile
- Only claim a profile for a firm you are authorised to represent. We may ask for evidence and may refuse or revoke a claim.
- Information you publish must be accurate, lawful and comply with the professional rules that apply to you, including rules on lawyer advertising.
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the content you provide (text, logos, images) on the site and in related promotion of the directory.
- We may edit or remove content that is misleading, unlawful or breaches these terms.
6. Subscriptions and payment
- Pro subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; the profile stays Pro until the end of the paid period. If a subscription ends, contact details are hidden again but your listing remains.
- Prices may change for future billing periods with prior notice.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-download the directory, interfere with the site's security or operation, submit false claims or reviews, or use the site to send spam.
8. Intellectual property
The site's design, software and compilation of data belong to us or our licensors. Firm names and logos belong to their owners.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on directory information or on services provided by listed firms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
